sure hun you can ask way, im not real sure how my settings are on here, but my e-mail addy is rpoker@yahoo.com messenger (yahoo) is rpoker, yah my names randy im 33 m from Kentucky ive delt the last 13 years from mentel Problems, however i'm not the kind of person who's crazy , ijust suffer depression alot.,been on "elavil 100 mg take 3 of them every night, take 3 (vailums ) a day to keep me strong, i can not quit the elavil because i've taken it so long it would cause me to have a heart attack my dr said, so i just go with the flow, take all my 6 pills a day and im ok
