While you watch your favorite TV shows lay on the ground. When the commercial break comes on do crunches through the whole thing. The next break do bicycle with your legs (to work your abs), next break whatever combination you like... but each break is about 3-5 minutes, so doing those crunches will add up, though they won't feel TOO bad, and you're killing two birds with one stone (watching that show and doing part of your workout).

For thighs and butt I suggest hiking, climbing stairs, or rollerblading. Since I live in NYC and there are tons of stairs to climb, I don't find it a problem. I don't know where you are, but if you are in a building that is a dorm, just go up and down the stairs from bottom to top a few times so that you do about 20 floors a day.

This all will cost you nothing.. but calories hopefully!

Good luck!

You CANNOT lose weight just there. So don't make that your focus. Cardio is the fastest way to lose weight. That would be any exercise that pumps your heart. I suggest alternating between jump-roping and running.

I agree with the first answer!! try walking also...its cheap and you can listen to your fav music while you do it! its quite relaxing too! you could even get a friend to go with you if u would like. and chat as you go...this way it wont feel like exercising as much!
