I'm not real sure the answer your looking for but, praying is not testing GOD. the scriptures say "Who ever asks will recieves that we will have the fullest possble joy."
Throwing your self off of a building to see if His angels will catch you, now that's a test, or drinking poison just because, that's a test.
First you must understand what a test, and a test of faith is, then you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.
