Heavens yes, stop wasting your life on this person. Get out and get busy with life. You will find somebody new before you know it, and then you will think back and wonder, what was I thinking!

Yes, its time to move on. Its hurts to hear it, but its been six months. Take a break and find new things to do. Theres always the possibility that you two will get back together someday, if it was meant to be, but for right now move on. He will probably start calling you and wanting to get back with you if you are doing well without him. Why? who knows. Its human nature I guess.

If he shows no feelings for you , and gives no hints about you all getting back together, moving on would be the best, yet not always the easiest thing to do.

It takes different people a different amount of time to mourn their losses. As long as your not stalking him, take as long as you want. When you are ready to date again you will know it.
