Take her to the vet as soon as you can. Not eating and not drinking is a sign that the kitty is not feeling well.
It could be due to a variety of things, but you can't personally do anything to make her feel better. Therefore, take her back to her vet and let the vet check her out.
Good luck, and {{hugs}} to both you and your kitty.
EDITED TO ADD: Please don't freak out over people saying she could be dieing. They don't know that, and I think it's a little cruel of them to say that! Take the kitty to the vet and listen to what the vet has to say.

There is most likely an underlying medical reason causing her to not eat. Check her teeth & gums. She may have bad teeth which makes it painful for her to chew...
I'd suggest seeing a Vet as soon as you can as 1 entire week with no food or water is something to really worry about. The cat is not eating for a reason & unfortunately nobody here can tell you why without giving the cat a once over.
The sooner you take the cat to a Vet, the better it's chances of being helped. Hope everything turns out alright.

The symptoms you have described is what happened to our 14 year old cat. She was totally healthy, then one day she stopped eating wet, dry food and no water either.
We took her to a new vet and he took blood work came out great. So, he put her on Prenazone sp? for appetite stimulate. She got sick from the drug.
We immediately took her to another vet for another opinion with the tests from the first vet. He did x-rays and determined she had fluid anound her lungs, a cancer.
At your cat's young age, find out from two vet's opinions what is happening.
Maybe, something happened at the vet's that spooked her, but I know that if your cat is not drinking water that is sign to ger her in.
I had to feed my cat by mouth water and food, but she was older and had cancer. She later died.
Hard to hear, but people die of cancer at a very young age and so do cats.
Please take her in for an x-ray, that's the only way you will know and will save you money in the long run on guessing.
Good luck and I'm with you.
It's heart breaking at a very young age of five years to have problems that are so stressful.
My final advice is to pay the money and have an x-ray right away. It will save you lot's of visits to the vet, the x-ray will show all.
And most important, for you to know. Good luck with your little 5 yr cat.

Yes, take kitty to the vet. When a 15-lb cat won't eat, something's wrong. And if she's not drinking, she'll get dehydrated. Not eating can be a symptom of so many things, it's time to go to the vet.

Try feeding her a bit of canned food mixed with a bit of water, microwave for a few seconds. This will give your cat some water and food. Maybe sprinkle some hard food on top after cat drinks up most of the juice.

It does not matter at this point if kitty "freaks" at going to the vet or not--she has to go. Freaking out when going to the vet is what cats do!!
