Rich to share the poor

I've been both and rich is better, believe me. It's easy to give your money away so you can be poor if you choose. It's also easy to live as if you were poor. But if you are really poor, you will probably always be poor. That's been my experience. Hope this helps.

Poor, but not cheap council house stuck-trying-to-pay-bills poor.

I'd like to be poor in the sense that the only things i own are the clothes on my back and the hat on my head, and that if i needed any money i could get a quick job for a bit and move on. I'd like to be a traveller. When you're living like that you can put all responsibilities behind you and live free.

Either that, or i'd like to be filthy stinking rich.

I would choose to be rich. You have the freedom to follow your dreams if you start out rich.

Rich. If I ever changed my mind, I could give it away but if you're poor it's damn tough getting rich. Besides I've been poor way too long already.

I would choose the one where I'd be healthy, happy, and satisfied with whatever I had.
I'd choose to be happy in life, and if it happened to be happy in a rich category, then that would be an extra benefit.

Rich. In a heartbeat.

I wonder if anyone ever truly chooses to be poor.
