Stupidity. I have know people to do the same or similar things. They think that their ex's would be happy for them. I bet she will deny that she was trying to mess with your head if you ask her the reason for the text.

Ex's do that for some reason....it's like they want to let you know they have really moved on.....and they are doing better than ever...and it also depends because most of the time when ex's do that is because they feel jilted for you breaking up them....
