I would take any job, just so I would be able to care for my family. My husband feels the same.. and we have raised our sons in the same manner. Some of you may be surprised to find out some of the jobs this family has taken on..
I may be wrong on this, but was told that the illegal immigrants get free day care.. medical.. I can't see how this is possible.
For anyone to say that the American people won't do this or do that, is wrong. I know some would never think about getting their hands dirty.. but if push came to shove, they would gladly take the jobs offered to the illegal immigrants. I was also told, that some have attempted to stand with those seeking work, but were turned down. Wrong color of skin.. and it was against the regulations.. what regulations?!
Perhaps some of the other states have a different way of looking at things, but up here, we all work.. Family comes first. No job is too small or unimportant for a man, or woman to turn down, when caring for their family.
We get turned away because we're too educated.. excuse me?! That makes no sense to me at all..

Well I read this great good about illegal immigrants and it talked about this subject in detail. Basically what the author said was that ethnic lobbyists are the ones putting the propaganda out there so that there will be sympathy from Americans to their cause. What American is saying "yes, they are doing jobs we won't do"? Probably not one.

Trust me, Hispanics have a lot more power in this country than we think or know. They have very powerful lobbyists in Washington looking after their interests 100%. Just look at their 'protests' last May. Do you really think that are that intelligent to organize that all the way from Cali to NY? Hell no!! Most illegals are barely h.s. graduates.

ps - i just watched that video on youtube u posted and it was a little immature but then i clicked on this one and it is more serious and factual and talks a lot about things I've read about...

Your answer lies in Janet W's answer. Illegal Immigrants have to do the jobs for less than decent pay........I don't think the question is "what won't Americans do," but what pay would they do it for?
