your real mom needs to accept the fact that you have two families now and that it is hard enough for you to adjust to that. reassure her that she always has a special part of your life considering she's the one who raised you and gave birth to you and your stepmom did not do these things. However explain to her that she needs to respect the relationship you have with your stepmom because you love your dad and your new family he has.

It is your choice. Maybe you could call your stepmom mom in another language or make up a name that means mom to you. I know you dont want to hurt your real moms feelings, but your feelings are the feelings that really matter.

It's up to you. If you want to call your stepmom mom then go ahead but i'd make sure you explained to your biological mom that she's still your mom and calling someone else that isn't going to change anything.
