just read an ad in a magazine for these diet capsules. has anyone ever tried them? if so, are they any good? are there any side effects?

No. Don't go in for diet pills. Diet pills are widely advertised as a quick and easy way to lose weight , but most of them are not effective. Even the most natural weight loss pills can have side effects and harm your health.Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them. If you care for your long term health, avoid weight loss pills, design your own weight loss plan and stick to it. There are no short cuts to permanent weight loss. I lost 3 stone on a diet (and kept it off) The only 2 diets that works is the "Eat less calories a day than you use" diet .Or you could try the "Use more calories than you eat" diet. Both will work. PLEASE SEE THE POST 2 BELOW MINE AND READ. IT IS THE TRUTH. Sad fact you can either have tasty food or skinny trousers. Not both.
