I lost 3 stone on a diet (and kept it off) The only 2 diets that works is the "Eat less calories a day than you use" diet .Or you could try the "Use more calories than you eat" diet. Both will work. PLEASE SEE THE POST 2 BELOW MINE AND READ. IT IS THE TRUTH. Sad fact you can either have tasty food or skinny trousers. Not both.
