Umm.. I think $129,000 is just the materials for the airframe, etc.

A completed Prop-jet will run you around $600,000 US. The Walter engine alone costs over $198,000. The mounting kit, coolers, etc. is over $25,000 etc.

Nothing in the turbine world is cheap.
