+ It can't be done. either they do or they don't. You might get a superficial one to try or pretend(she would be after something), but that is not really the same. Just be yourself, and some will. It also helps to meet some and talk to them. I also found it is liked by everyone if you show interest in them and ask them some questions about their likes and dislikes.

FLIRT and get to know her...
1)you look beautiful or hott or sexy today-even if its totaly random it will make her feel good
2)compliment her alot
3)talk to her
4)DONT be all nervous around her
5)talk to her like ur friend sometimes and....
6)talk about things you wouldnt talk about with your friends like about girl things sometimes
