i would suggest you visit your local archery shop. they should be able to set you up with all the accessories and arrows for your bow. i have two recurves, but the archery shop has fixed everything for me. love 'em.

I think you may be trying to ask the distance from the arrowrest to the string. If this is the case, the general rule of thumb is to make a fist and stick your thumb straight out to the side. This is known as a "fistmele" and is the "average" distance from the string to the arrowrest. The term "riser height" means nothing to me, but I think this is the info you may be looking for.
