Yes it would hurt him,a cats whiskers are a huge asset in his getting around his environment.

yes because the whiskers are kinda like the balanceand it hurts just like if he pulled your hair out

this is a creepy question, but no. whiskers are just hairs. the only part that is alive is the follicle where there are nerve sensors so as long as you don't hurt the follicle, it doesn't hurt a cat to have their whiskers shortened. they rely on their whiskers for a lot of things, so you shouldn't shorten them. or bite them. that's kind of gross.

No but they wouldn't sit still that long anyways. They don't like to have their whiskers touched

yes,it would hurt him,a little,cuz it's just hair,but please don't,cuz ur cat would look really weird after his whiskers are gone.

you should just use scissors to cut them off if they offend you. and who really cares if it hurts the cat . don't you think it hurts when the vet cuts their balls off?
