She is totally right! A friend of mine has a boy dog named Clover and I had a wonderful female cat named Clover as a child. Her friends should leave her alone about the name. If they want they can call the boy dog CLO for short. HA

i would say both. i mean you could say it in a different pitched voice adn it'd sounds really different.
but both. i think some people say girl because of that little kids show "totally spies"
