No. You just won't deal with the fact that this is what happens when you come off diets. Especially stupid ones like Atkins. So naturally you go back to it to try and lose again. This is yoyo dieting and not an eating disorder, although it is certainly disordered eating.
What you need to do is start eating normally, you are going to gain the weight back eventually once you come off atkins, and YES it will happen within a day or a few days. You're not imagining it unfortunately.
(It is normal that you will feel fat and depressed once you put some of the weight back on and don't look as good)
When you are doing things healthily your body can get on to losing the weight properly. You never actually lost it all, your body just started using the fat as your fuel source. It will need a few days to adjust back to normal. But don't worry you won't gain it all back, unless you don't start an exercise routine.
Going back to eating normally will stop the binging on carbs. Lose it through exercise and there's NO WAY you will put on weight within a day. Once your metabolism speeds up you can get away with eating more. The more exercise you do the more you can eat. Let me tell you, that is a good plan!!!
As long as you burn off what you eat you won't put on weight. If you burn more you'll lose.
So please change it now and get back to eating the foods you enjoy and get looking good again, for good!

You should go talk to a nutritionist. The Atkins diet is really not a very good one. You need to go find out how to eat a balanced healthy diet. A nutritionist can help you figure out how many calories to have in a day, and how much of that should be fat, protein, or carbs.

exercise, eat a light breakfast (not too little though)to get ur stored up carbs working, then exercise, or whatever, do not eat a big lunch, just enough to get u full, not too full. Eat mainly 3 meals a day, try not to eat more, a small snack after lunch is probably acceptable, try to avoid over-oily, or cheesy stuff, like pizza, i'm not saying not to eat it entirely, just don't eat it often. Same for chips, etc, its not all about NOT eating the bad stuff, its ok to enjoy it every once in a while, just don't go overboard with it.

no you don't, you probably should exersice more, especially when you cheat, because it makes you feel thinner and a whole lot better instantly (its the greatest hi there is). You can eat normal foods.. just not ones hi in fat or sugar... eat more protien and carbs give you enegry (but you have to use it). and its OK to cheat every once and a while, but don't beat yourself up about it that just gets you off track... i suggest doing cardio because when i do it i feel great (of course when you are doing it you feel like you are going to die but TRUST ME YOU ARE NOT) its hard but afterward you feel like you are superman. there is a great sense of accomplishment and then you feel GREAT. so on a day that you cheat just go outside and jogg around the block or if you don't jogg just walk but walk fast. and don't be afraid to challenge yourself because you will be suprised to find what your body can actually do.
