you should eat alot of protien... don't do cardio as much because you will lose weight and the best thing is to lift weights. because as you know muscle weighs more than fat.

I don't know about exercises...it all depends on your particular body. Fattening foods? Peanut butter - 200 calories a tablespoon. Milkshakes (especially with ice cream) are also very high. Those 400 calorie shakes (drinks) like Boost (there are generics) will put it on you. Candy bars are up there~look at the calories on your favorites and choose the highest. High fruitose corn syrup, oils(trans fat is really bad for you), butter, items with sugar as the first or second ingredient, and fast food is sure to do it.

I drank boost and ate three full meals a day... and the only thing i did when i was trying to gain what and get toned was stretch as much as you can. wait till you gain a little wait until you really start working out to get toned but I couldnt gain wait and get toned at the same time but good luck on both of them it might work for you

Work out and get muscle mass or fat mass if you really want to gain weight, eat lots of carbs and protiens if you want muscle mass, if you want fat mass then eat donuts, junk food and foods high in fat.

well that depends, if you want to get fat just eat hamburgers and shakes and fries for a week or so, if you want to gain 10 pounds in muscle then run 4 miles or more a day, they both work. trust me.--------------- the fat ones is faster and is a lot easier(and tastier)

you need carbs and weight training, don't do lots of reps, use weights you can barely move and do like 3 sets of 5. Try eating rice, potatoes and pasta with chicken and fish.

well to gain the Weight, you need to eat alot of Bread, and Potatoes! trust me i gained a'lot of weight doing that, you can drink a'lot of soft drinks as well
