I'm blunt enough that I would bring it up. Obviously they have never waited tables before, and don't realize that servers only make 2 bucks an hour. Depending on how he answered if I would date him again or not.

I probably wouldn't go out with them again. I just think that the way a person treats someone else (even a server) is extremely important. I find it very unattractive if I'm on a date with a guy and he is rude to our server...maybe because I was a server myself so I know how it feels to be on the other side.

If you really like the guy maybe go out again with him...he may have just been nervous and forgot to leave a tip or was too focused on you to leave the correct amount...you pick which one...totally infatuated with you or a cheap bag of douche.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It is possible that she never thought it was necessary to leave a tip.

Don't read miles out of microns.

Go ahead and ask- what could it hurt? Or...go out to another dinner and see if it happens again, and then find out what's going on.
