Not if that's all you're feeding them.
They need a balanced diet of a variety of seeds & you can also treat them with some veggies & fruits.

Make sure fresh water is available at all times.

I found this on a website, you might find it helpful.

==============================================

Budgies and tiels can NOT live on a seed only diet. It causes a myriad health problems, and is NOT nutritionally complete.
Some health problems caused by a seed diet include:

Shortened lifespan
Fatty liver disease
Kidney dysfunction
Pancreas problems
Diabetes
Obesity
Liver damage
Malnutrition

==============================================

Here's an example of what you can feed your bird:

Main Food Bowl -
Foundation Formula (a brand of pellets)
Sprouts (not the grocery store kind, the kind you sprout yourself)
A seed mix of amaranth, sesame seed, kamut, flax, oat groats, quinoa, and organic canary seed mix.
cayenne

Treat Bowl -
Dried apricots
Dried banana bits
Raisins
Fresh broccoli
Fresh carrot shavings
Fresh chopped green beans
Cooked brown rice
Cooked beans
Cooked split peas(green and yellow)
Crumbled millet

Hope that helps you. (",)

initially, please be careful. you want to in elementary words be particular you're transforming into adequate food to furnish you skill for existence. The extra total meals you'll get as against processed, packaged, regularly more suitable fat meals. bypass for grilled meats with seasonings and sparkling end result and vegetables. stay faraway from sauces, gravies and dressings. Iceberg lettuce isn't nutritious, attempt the darker eco-friendly leafs for salads. blend olive oil (good fat had to assist your body and take in food) with vinegar or red wine vinegar for a salad dressing. keep up the taekwando. if you're able to do a touch elementary weight practise as that helps with weight help and toning of muscle mass. A lb. of muscle burns 9X extra energy than a lb of fat. good luck and take care of your self.

Here is a link that may help you with your question. The research that I have done, I am thinking that it would be alright. I would just not recomend giving it to them as a steady diet. I recomend using it like millet spray.
