You probably don't need a bigger butt, if you lose some weight around the middle your butt will look bigger anyway.
For health reasons you really should think about trying to lose some weight all over, you're at least 5 st over weight and that puts a lot of strain on your heart. You're lucky, having such large boobs would allow you to lose weight without ending up flat chested.
I hope my suggestion hasn't offended you, that was not my intention, it's just that I've lost people to heart disease caused by obesity and i wouldn't wish it on anyone else.

It sounds like you're asking if you can "spot reduce", i.e., lose weight in some places but not others. Unfortunately the human body generally doesn't work that way. If you lose weight it would likely be everywhere, not just your gut, although that would likely show first. (It's the first place many people tend to lose or gain weight from.) Losing a gut and getting a bigger butt are two physiologically opposite processes, so you really can't have it both ways. However, it is entirely possible that if you lose the gut, the butt will seem bigger in comparison.
It's not consistent across all women, but your bra size won't tend to shift very much unless you lose or gain extraordinary amounts of weight. (I.e., if you go from a size 22 to a size 12, you might see some loss, but it's not like you'd go from a EEE to a B cup. But...bear in mind that there is a certain proportion of fat in the breasts, so you might see changes...but would you really still want to be EEE if you got down to a reasonable weight? Don't answer that, it's just pondering; I'm thinking proportions...) Trying to change your proportions in a month isn't realistic, however; if you do something that drastic, you'll just set yourself up for failure. You can't expect to just look the way you want for a special event unless you plan several months ahead; a month isn't enough time.

Diet and exercise. Do sit ups and leg lifts for your stomach. By losing some weight around your tummy, you'll probably have more of an hourglass figure, which will naturally enhance your bottom.

You could change your diet by cutting down your portions of food and calories. Instead of drinking soda drink lots of water. To loose weight you have to drink 48 oz. of water each day. Excersize at least 3 times a week for 30 min because after 20 min. you begin to burn fat.

at 210lb i think your butt may be large enough. you have to loose weight equally on your body to look good. if you loose your gutt, your breast will just fall down and now you'll going to look like you have 2 gutts. so you have to loose the gutt and some of the boobs. and that will automatically make your butt look larger. im not being insensitve, but if you get down to 120lbs with 38EEE boobs, they will give you back problems and bra straps will cut deep into your shoulders.remember proportion is always better that just having size.
