Talk to her with humility, respect and lots of gentle love. The most important thing is that you let her know that you love and respect her. But you should just ask her to be careful for the sake of her own life and health. There a lots of coo-coos out there so I understand your concern.
Good Luck!

Just tell her. Speak with your mother privately and let her know this behavior really bothers you and you would appreciate it if she demonstrated more respect for both herself and you. I hope this situation changes quickly so that the two of you can relate to one another on a more positive level because your mother's present behavior could prove quite dangerous.

Actually it is none of your business what your mother does. Sounds like she is all grown up and knows what she is doing.
Now if you are concerned with disease that is a whole different story, but if your mother is smart she is probably careful.

Explain nicely you are worried about her doing that. Moral behaviours, disease, tell her about that stuff.

You can't tell her that. She won't listen.
