I start my day off with Advanced Cell Therapy or ACT. It is a powder that you mix with water. I use 1/2 of the packet in the morning and 1/2 of the packet in the afternoon. It costs $1 per packet and it has a cherry/punch flavor. It lasts me all day. For more information on ACT you can go to: http://www.drinkact.com/pktull

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

I really didn't like any energy drinks out on the market, they tasted too sweet and chemical-y.

But then I found TAB Energy! It's the best energy drink because it tastes like ripe bananas. Plus it's a beautiful color and only 5 calories (no fat) for a whole can.

YUM!
