Take this from someone who has used diet pills, crash diets, everything out there. First of all, when is your wedding? It is so easy to do on your own. You don't need to "pay" for services to help you lose weight. I've moved up and down the scale for many years and finally found out how to make it work.

first, you need a steady workout routine. You don't have to do 7 days a week but lets face it, the only way to burn off fat, calories and pounds is to work out. Walk briskly for 45 minutes a day. The morning time is usually better. It's a proven fact that if you work out when you first wake up you burn more calories, and you're burning only fat because there's no food in your system. You'll lose weight faster that way.

Control your portions. You can still eat stuff you like, pizza, fries, whatever. But you have to eat in moderation. Smaller portions. And eat 5-6 small meals a day. Drink lots of water and add more fruits and veggies to your diet. Stick with diet sodas that have no sugar and carbs. There are lots out there that taste just like regular soda. You don't have to cut out foods that you like, just eat in moderation.

Get into some strenght training, yoga, weights, something. I have always been atheletic and never liked yoga, i was more of a weights person. I started yoga about 3 months ago, i'm telling you it works! Strength training builds lean muscle which helps you lose weight.

I am no expert, but I have been athletic all my life and when I stopped playing college sports I packed on the pounds. I got engaged in May and began working out seriously in about 3 months ago. I've lost 10 pounds since then. It can be done. If you lose a pound a week, then you're on the right track. You should be losing no more than 5-8 pounds a month. Depending on how big you are.

Hope this helps a little!

Well first you have to set out a few guidelines for yourself. There never is the "right diet" as each person's body composition is completely different. The key to loosing weight successfully is to know your body and what it needs to be healthy.

For starters you need to determine the length of time you have to loose the weight you want to loose. If your only looking at loosing inches and not lbs it is always a matter of toning and exercise not just diet.

Stop snacking in between meals. That plus setting yourself an eating curfew can make a huge differense and exercise 3 times a week for an hour that will increase your metabolism.

Now back to the eating curfew. This means to have an eating shut off time daily where no matter what you will not eat past that time. Your body needs time to always digest its food prior to sleeping. So you need about 2 hours before you go to bed so if you sleep at 10 you should not eat past 8.

Remember to eat lighter dinners and cut out unwanted foods such as sweets. If you must eat them do it during the day. No more late time ice cream eat it during the day, even eat things you digest more quickly like less carbs and higher protein, trust me this works and I know it. I went from a larger size down to an 8 so it can be done! Streamlining your diet is better then cutting something off...I would only use half the butter or none if I didn't need it.

Will power and feeling good about yourself is the important. Do it only if you want to be strong and remember what your motivation is and visualize your target. Even if you think you need to get a work out buddy or a someone who can help you stay motivated to reach your goal. That helped me out so much I looked fantastic for my wedding day! If I can do it you can do it! Keep us posted and good luck.

First off, don't focus on the "quickly" or "As much as possible."

Instead, focus on your health and your dress size, not your weight. Your dress size is going to be more important to you in the long run.

Exericse: do SOMETHING every night. I ran 12 minutes each night and did pilates a few times a week, and after 3 months I lost 50+ inches. I dropped nearly 2 dress sizes!!

Eating: learn moderation. Don't stuff yourself until you're full. Don't take away your favorite foods, learn how to moderate yourself. If you love chocolate and try to take it away, you're going to cheat and give in quicker.

Do NOT think of it as a diet. You should be able to give yourself some wiggle room. If you go out and have something high in fat, then cut back the next meal. Don't kill yourself for eaitng something.

Best of all--BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. If you have a goal, you can do it.
