i guess your in the uk , i done mine while not working , i was on the sick , learn direct do the ecdl if your claiming jsa, income support or other benefits,,, go to your local collage they will have the info that you need or job centre plus .....

most colleges get funding to provide this course for free you can also try your local community centre. if you are a trade union member you can definately get it free at your local TU training centre.
