ok my boyfriend hangs with my ex more(who's a guy) and yea i know dat they r just friends but he still prefrs to hang out wit him more than wit me.yea we talk and **** but hes with him 24/7 and when hes not with him he is playing basketball. i flirt wit other guys so he can come to me and stop me from flirting but its not giving him a hint dat i want him to b wit me. wat should i do??

Flirting is a game and some guys really don't like players.
Why not make some DATES with your guy. You'll have to negotiate this. For example, every Friday is yours (you two) and only the two of you to do whatever you mutually decide. If money is tight, then why not rent a DVD, make some popcorn and curl up together on the sofa. Or, every Wednesday afternoon, have a play date, like cycling or skating in the park. It doesn't have to cost the moon. You can have fun brainstorming things you'd BOTH like to do.
Give him some guy time. They need it! When he's with your ex why not hang with your girlfriends?
