If you are worried about repo-man. Be worried they have keys and will drive away with the viper alarm going off starter interupt wire cut and spliced. And tow truck trivers don't care if the car tows crooked or parking brake burns out they get paid to bring it into impound yard.

It would be no problem to tow it! Impound and repossession trucks deal with stuff like that all the time. Remember, if you are parked in a tow away zone, or on private property without permission, you are the one in the wrong, and they will tow you!!
They most likely will also charge you extra because it was a harder job, so you lose twice!!

if it is a obvious illigal parking, it might get towed, or if there is a no parking (towing) sign obviously it would get towed. If it has 2 yellow markers lettin you kno its a parking spot, then it shouldnt. And a person should not touch your car, even if it is illigally parked. And if the alarm came on , that would mean he tried to open it , vandlism charge on him :)

My winch will overpower any brake system out there. Heck, I've seen trucks that can pull up next to you, extend an arm, pick your car up and load it on the flatbed without having the operator get out of the cab!

yes It can still be towed.
your alarm will turn off after it is lifted over 45 degrees.
the driver will pull it on to a trailer or back of the truck and it will be gone.
