I have meditated a lot about this, and honestly, I know it is. War over the centuries and religion to divide and confuse, false doctrines and felonious records of history taught in schools, now we have the media and Hollywood...a whole other dimension of staged brainwashing and conditioning. But why, and who is behind it all?
What are we being perpetually distracted from? There is more to this all on Earth than "War in Iraq", oil "crises", political scandals, and the distractions like movies and brainless programming (fear factor and other reality shows come to mind). What purpose does this serve other than to numb the mind? Nothing is the same as it was just 20 years ago. The entire vibe is different in the Earth and in the air. I know I'm everywhere on this, but I just feel what I'm meaning but I cannot put it into words properly. Maybe a kindred spirit out there more enlightened than I can expound and shed some light for me.

I think you summed it up quite nicely, and I share your feelings totally.
Who is behind it all? I'd have to say the handful of irresponsible human beings (if you can call them that) with the money and power to exploit issues to their advantage. Never do they really contemplate on the consequences to the human race; for future generations. These selfish culprits live only for the present, because they exist only in the present. Why should they care about the mess they leave behind?
To shape our way of life, to control our minds and condition it into not only thinking, but feeling the way they want us to feel, is all very appealing to them. It's human nature to want to have control, I suppose, and some people choose to achieve this regardless of any moral or ethical values.
With technology, mass media being the way it is today, we, too, have become not unlike robots ourselves. They feed on this vulnerability for we are but their robots, all too readily and willing to fulfill their hunger for either money, power, or both. We are programmed by them, process the information the way they intend to, and we function accordingly as if we know not of any other way.
The world today is very different from the world just 20 years ago, like you stated, because the world was a simpler place; everything was at a slower pace. More importantly, the world has become much smaller than it used to be, and people have evolved to adapt to this change. I, too, feel it to be a negative evolution as hardly anything seems "real" to me anymore. Money, greed, power - all seem to suffocate our society. Nothing is wholesome anymore, not even the air that we breathe.
Thank you, for making me realize I'm not the only "outsider".

Do you feel like a pon, or an actress, thats playing a part in a movie to a Book that was written, and we are just following this Book? Were waiting on the Big plot , we know we are in the movie, but were not sure how the End is gonna be? Is this what you are talking about?

while many will say your nuts, your not.
metaphysically many things are going on, and theres more activity than there has been in eons.
its like a snowball... the larger the snowball gets, the faster it grows further.
look how much spiritual, psychic, and general supernatual things can be discussed now, compared to years ago...
I'm only 24, and I've been telling my mom about this for a while... and she was skeptical about it at first, but then bam, every season theres more TV shows, and movies about supernatural things... more and more books discussing it, more casual discussions at work... it freaks her out, lol.
energy, magic, ect, all that, is closer to the surface than it has been in many many hundreds of years, and its getting closer faster.
its quite exciting.
but your definitely not alone. you might also be interested to look up the movie "Indigo" and "What the bleep do we know" and research about "Indigo Children" and "Crystal Children"
most even slightly spiritually aware people I'm friends with, see this in some form or another. its fascinating.

Ego mind and its duality is distracting us from the truth of who we are. Yes as someone said we are pawns, yes like in the matrix all of us are chained ,, none of us are free as long as we are in black white thinking (like the checker and chess board) When we get on the other side we will get our crown// We need to get rid off ego-mind dualistic thinking, this is believing in two powers, good and evil. We serve two masters. The truth is there is only God, only Love and we belong to the light. The choice of the Christ is to see only God. There is not God and an opposite. When we reach the other side (and it does take a trip through the desert, or so it did for me and He is working His way back to you..I hear on the radio just now, with a burning love inside) the veil is lifted, the illusion that the devil holds us in will fall away at the Wedding and Christ will show us the truth///
So IT IS ALL ILLUSION and we need to try to wake up out of it.. Study the bible, listen to popsongs (He uses dreamsymbols) Christ is always letting you know what to do next and WILL get you out of this dream, and wake you up//Together again..PARADISE REGAINED//

Yes, you're right. All of the Hollywood movies and wars were planned long ago to brainwash us into believing in the system set up by this government. You're question has a lot of relavence, too. It is legit. Good observation. We're thought of by this government as a bunch of lemmings, with no minds of our own. Don't lose your need to question things. This is what the government doesn't want, so they can control you. Peace.

Satan has been trying to bring the Whole World together so that they will worshop him.
satan wants to be GOD over the Earth.
Don't fall for it.
This fight is ultimately between GOD and satan, we are in between it all.
Stand for Jesus and tell satan to go back to Hell, thats where he belongs anyway.
And for the Record, GOD made a contract with Mankind (through Adam) for so many years. GOD cannot come back and Take over untill that Contract is up.
Adam kicked GOD outta the Earth when he ate of the Tree and changed Gods.
The Contract is almost up.
