Maybe it could be because some of the jokes are not in English, and questions are supposed to be in English. Touchy, huh? But I guess I didn't get some of the jokes either, since they weren't in English.
The violation notice should tell you why you were reported. No way of knowing who it was, though, since that's kept confidential.

Maybe this one was too "Randy" for some? However, it's pretty tame in my book- check out some of the responses, though (about circumcision- are they serious)?

a reasonably normal question to you might not of been reasonable enough for them. some people r very narrow minded and wat might be a joke to u other people might take offence
