by microchip I assume you mean the new V-chip. It is a small chip implanted in the wrist or underneath the scalp. For now it is being used as a way to store medical information. Say if you get into a really bad accident and are in the emergency room but they don't know who you are so they can't get your medical records. All they have to do is scan the chip and all your medical records are there. In the future it could be used to pay for stuff like a debit or credit card. It could be used to track you, it could be used as an electronic passport, etc , etc. Unfortunately religious wackos out there are calling it the mark of the beast. Go figure.

Oh ya. I can. A long time ago I stopped at the local market and bought a bag of B B Q ( my favorite) chips, and with a carload of people, by the time I got home, that's what I had was microchips! Those darn things were crushed to smithereens!

its at the bottom of your can of pringles cause the dumb stock boy dropped it off the shelf and busted up your snack. you gotta shake the can beforeyou buy it! God that makes my blood boil! And what about when you get some pork rinds and then you got home and you got no tabasco to dip them in? keep your cupboards full of the tabasco, cause someday the store is gonna run out and theres only gonna be one old bottle on the shelf and you and me are gonna get into a scrap over who gets it. i am serious.

Helps you find lost pets. If they are microchiped and found, they can link the info in their microchip to you.
