It goes into your fat. There is a possibly of more adverse reactions with fat soluble vitamins than water soluble. When you have too much of a water soluble vitamin, you just urinate it out.

You can "overdose" on the fat soluble vitamins... for example, overdose on vitamin A (very difficult to do, so don't stress over it) and you can make your skin slough off.
