That's easy, decide which country is involved. then blow it off the face of the earth. Don't send it troops until the air clears and all the bad guys are history. To make this happen the US needs to use some real big stuff, and that's the way it should be.

That is a huge "what if" scenario. There isn't any one place they could attack and kill 100,000 people without making a major upgrade to their weaponry.
But if some how they did, the US would retaliate accordingly. That goes without saying.

All the muslims would have wished they moved to Saudi the day before. There is no way that the police/feds could protect them from the rage that would erupt. I suspect the streets would run red for several days at least. Lone wolf racialists would keep the carnage going for months.

Nuke the country that they came from. It would likely be Iran, Syria, or some terrorist group. Maybe then Americans will realize we have a threat on our hands. I guess the 3000 on 9-11 was not enough.
