From your statement it means that your priest thinks you are cute and it is okay for a priest to say that as long as he does not attempt to touch in a Inappropriate manner or say words of a sexual nature. A priest is still a human being who can observe if someone is cute or has blond hair or has freckles or has a nice smile--all that is normal and speaks of a innocent observations that everyone makes. You do not state how old you are and assume you are a child for were a priest(or any man) to tell a married woman that she is cute ,although not terribly wrong would be socially bad manners.
