If you are implying that your question is rhetorical. It is not.
Also, you might note that the name of this forum is indeed Yahoo Answers. Therefore, it could comfortably be assumed a person posting a question was requiring a response of some kind.
Otherwise it would be called Yahoo Rhetorical Questions wouldn't it?
Back to school Brainiac.

It would seem so. A rhetorical question may not require an answer, but sometimes maybe it deserves one. So, the answer to your rhetorical question is 'YES'

as there is a points incentive (of sorts!!) people will often answer any and all entries they can. I suppose thats the name of the game. Perhaps your point is really "will people on here even ask a rhetorical question?" which is possibly harder to understand as the site is Yahoo "answers".

by definition, a rhetorical question does not require an answer, but many people will answer it anyway.

And, what do I know? If it seems like a question to me, and one deserving an answer. Yes, I will answer it. Anyway, I like to have the last word!

Only if no answer exists to the original question, therefore I will not.
