and offer me some advice on what I can change to make it better?

This is the main page, and I'm thinking of adding more pages. Just wondered what people would be interested in seeing from a dog trainer on their webpage.

It needs more color to liven things up and attract people so they stay and look into things.

looks to me like your datta transfer limit might be a little bit of a problem, because you are now shut down.
Geocities is a great place to play around and try different things while you learn. Eventually you will find that spending a small amount of cash for a domain is well worth it. You can also find several domain hosting sites where you do not need to be some kind of computer wizz to make a fairly nice looking site.
trick #1 and most important, keep page size small so they will load fast on slow connections. Especially the front page, otherwise people will get tired of waiting for it to open and just look for something else.
trick#2 everyone loves lots of pictures, so the more the better, just not to many on one page or again it will become to slow to open.

I'll list ours and some of our friends dog site so you can see what others do

Have fun,,,, that's what it is really about

.I do however have to be forthright and say that I do not considder "Friends of Animals" to be any friend of mine, no more so than PETA or HSUS. Their spay/nueter program does nothing more than attempt to gain support for their anti anything animal agenda.

Everything has been mentioned in the previous post, the only thing I would add is:
The size of your type, there are a lot of older generation people who surf the net, and our eye site is not what it used to be.
While we may be in the minority as far as viewers, I know for a fact, I will skip a site that I have to strain my eyes to read the print.

I think it needs a little something more- first of all, Geocities sites for a business may not be the best way to go- the annoying ads scream "bootleg".

I would suggest consulting on the language- It's a bit square (which is fine- you shouldn't be in the ad business, you're in the doggie business)

Best of luck.

Great job with the site! My only advice would be to possibly reword so that the text is less lengthy. Other than that it looks good!
