Being a student in neurology, I would say that there is a culmination of many sciences. For instance, chemistry, we are chemical beings and are processes are all because of chemical reactions. Psychology, for instance to see the manifestations of brain lesions, or traumatic brain injuries. Physics, because we are studying rates, thermodynamics, elecitral conduction (conductance, resistance) across neurons, free energy and gas laws (lungs). Biology, of course, because it is the study of life, and we are studying how the nervous system helps us in life ad to study the structure of the brain and cells. Math, because we figure out what medications are needed to help Parkinson's , or to see the size of a tumor, or brain herniation.
Neuroscience is not clear cut. Not one science is. Scientists must learn to integrate many different disciplines.

it's hard to say.
Biology because it deals with living cells
Chemistry because the neurological pulses are created by chemical reactions.
Physics because the neurological system is like a large electrical circuit.
I think your teacher gave you a trick question.

As physics was one of my majors, I am a bit biassed, but believe that physics is the granddaddy of sciences.... In a very broad, roundabout kind of way (I know people will disagree) - a lot of Chemistry is kind of applied physics, and biology has lots of applied chemistry & physics. Obviously they are sciences in their own right, but in a lot of systems, including the body, when you work your way back to first principles, you usually end up in physics.
Therefore, being basically electricity, I would say it's physics.

hi, neurology is related to all biology, chemistry, physics,,b/c basic unit of neurolgy,, i mwean neuron needs all the sciences together,, but inmy personal opinion its chemistry because ions like Na and K are basic part of fucntion in neurology.
hope it will help you
