jews don't belive in jesus. anyone who does belive in jesus as the messiah, god, or god's son (any more than we all are) is a christian.
Judaism has blessings over food before eating, and a rather long prayer afterwards, called the Birkat Hamazon

If you're looking for the Hebrew word for "grace", it is "Chessed" (חסד) as in "kindness", or "Chen" (חן) as in "charm".

Do you believe in Jesus? if you do, then Grace ( undeserved mercy) is what He gave us when He died for our sins.
