I love her videos, but doesn't her voice get annoying sometimes? I just got her new one: Burn Fat Fast. Very good!
I have been working out to her videos for years and have kept the weight off. Good luck!

YES! I also joined her website program last year I lost 25 pounds in 3 months. Changing what I ate did the most. I also had a trampoline and did that.

i dont think "work out videos" work. i would suggest walking a mile or two a day and cutting back on food.
