3 years of age to nursery reception in my local schools part time around 2 to 3 mornings or afternoons per week then full time at 4 years to nursery and then age 5 first year infants. it all depends on what the local school provides. My cousins 3 year old start school in Jan he'll be 4 in July. so he'll go full time next Sept.
