A felon may hunt with a bow or black powder if legal in the state you are hunting in.

You may be eligible for a Governor's pardon of your felony if you have stayed out of trouble for an extended period. It's 10 years in my state.

no. the felony is a felony throughout the united states. one of the set backs for being a village idiot when one is young. that is why you should never get in trouble or do anything stupid.
