Today in church, we read this thing (Christian) saying that Jesus went to hell and rose 3 days later. Is that true? Jesus has been to hell? I don't understand can someone explain. It was called the "Apostles Creed" or something like that.

It is confusing, but what is meant is that Jesus went to Sheol or Hades, the place of the dead, not the place of eternal suffering.
http://www.tenth.org/qbox/qb_000716.htm gives a lengthy explanation of what is meant, as does http://www.dartmouth.edu/~tucker/rsl/sermons/2004-10-14.html. Christians believe that Jesus through His death and resurrection broke the bonds of sin and death and released those who were captive to death, having died before. It is simply an expression of the fact that He truly did die and go to the place of the dead before He rose again victorious on the third day. It is difficult to grasp, but I hope this helps a little.

Correct.

After the fall in the Garden of Eden, and before the Advent of Christ....basically the Old Testament period...the Holy Spirit or the Spirit of God left mankind. The Holy Spirit only returned to earth and to men after the crucifixion and ascension of Jesus.

All people to die in the Old period went to Sheol, also known to a lot of people simply as Hell. Not everyone was 'bad' enough for eternal damnation but no one could actually ascend to Heaven, so they went to Holding place. When Jesus died his physical death on the cross, He descended into Sheol, took full control of Death and Hades (the keys and dumping all the sin He paid for with His sacrafice for us) and He also took these languishing souls out and on to heaven.

Jesus' death on the cross changed everything and He took complete control of everything too. This is actually when the "Last Days" started as well as the consumation of the "Kingdom of Heaven" or Kingdom of God".

His descent into Hell was a victory. Jesus, God the Son was feared by ALL who were already there when He entered. He was not subject to Hell, but rather took control of it.

That is correct. Jesus descended into hell, and took the keys of death and hell, from Satan,.

Before Christ died, the people had no savior so even if they believed in Him they still went to hell. When Christ died, he went to hell to get the believers and sent them to heaven instead.

Hell is also referred to as Shoal ..meaning death... so would depend entirely on the persons interpretation how it would be expressed.

JESUS WAS IN A CAVE FOR 3 DAYS BEFORE HE ROSE TO HEAVEN. YOU CAN ALSO TALK TO YOUR PARENTS OR MINISTER ABOUT THIS.
