If she is under 18, there might be just a little you can do, but if she is over 18 the best thing to do is mind your own business.
My wfe's parents still do not approve of me because she was 23 and I was 40. We have been married now 13 years and December 15 will be 14.
Her dad has not seen her for 14 years now because he butt in and her mother has not seen us for 4 years now because she kept trying to get us divorced. Daughters do not like it when parents butt in their business.
If forced to choose between husbands, boyfriends or parents, by the parents, the parents could lose.

What does being very well off have to do with it? If you suspect that your daughter is in danger do everything that you can to protect her. Aside from that, you don't provide enough information to answer your question.

How well of he is should not be a factor when deciding whether or not you approve of him. Discuss your concerns with your daughter.

That's like someone saying my daughter's bf does drugs and treats my daughter like crap but he's rich so who cares. Think about it.

Always go with the money...much surer in the long run. But, tell her she has to wait until she is 18 to play with him...those are the house rules.

Just leave them alone.. chances are they'll break up, and if you interfere, your daughter will be mad at you for a long time.
