Because God is not a dictator, he gave us the power to choose. It is our choice what we want to believe. We are influenced by worldly things every day of our life. I sometimes feel sorry that God is being blamed for everything bad that happens to a person and I am not a religious person. My neighbour, a very religious woman would let her 6 year old daughter walk to school on her own. She believed God would protect her. I think she forgot about the people in this world who dont believe in God who also have free will to hurt and abuse little children...I think she also forgot that as a parent she has a responsibility to look after her family. That was something she could have done....why give God more responsibility than he already has if you can do it yourself.
If God intervened all the time then He would be making a mockery of giving us Free Will. Free Will is a persons right to choose, there are no half measures...God didnt mean He will give us Free Will only as long as it agrees with what He wants.

Well first you could not know who will end up in Hell, and second the things that happen in the world of ours has nothing to do with God, or Satan, we were given free will to do as we please, and we have, that's why we kill, we murder, we are greedy, we have little or no respect for our selves, or each other. God is more powerful because he doesn't need to do anything, just watch us get on with our lives, and then blame him for everything. Satan he is always in second place, picking up the pieces, the left overs, and thats where he always will be.
Love & Peace

IMO... Satan only exists because God chooses. Yes, God is more powerful because Satan arose from his decision. Suppose the only way life could grasp how to survive was to know there was unequivocally an ultimately eternal punishment for personal and unavoidable greed. Otherwise they may self implode. Satan is God's puppet!

How do you know how many christians there are? where do you get your statistics from? Theres isnt a futile competition going on as such as ''satan is the winner''? Ha ha, that is quite ridiculous to say! God gave us free will, so we all have the right to choose what we believe in-God isnt going to force anybody to believe and doesnt use lies and trickery to gain followers (as does satan so I guess you could say that your 4 billion are gullible). Dont forget that God has no qualms with wiping out sinners-remember Noahs Ark? Well he gave his only son so he wouldnt ever have to do that to us again, so, its basically up to the individual whether to belive or not.

Those people won't go to Hell that is just illogical. I guess according to all other beliefs that others don't believe will end up in that Hell. You don't even know if God exists. But those who believe in God knows that he gave us free will.Besides that Hell is considered the grave of man. Point is that if God does exists no one will know what he is going to do, isn't that what makes him so mysterious in the first place?

Because there is no singular god, the church has been lying for years/. Come on, like a male could create paradise. Men have no idea with colour schemes!
The church like to portray god as all powerful and ignore that they contradict themselves so much. Good question! Keep asking bible bashers as it annoys the hell out them as they can't really answer quetions like this.

No one is more powerful over God. Satan only has as much power as God allows him. We are given free will to follow the Lord Jesus Christ as he wants us to or become like the world. God never said becoming like him and living a life in grace was going to be easy. You will be persecuited and hated...but in the end he has gone to prepare a place for you and your reward thats just for you will be waiting in heaven. When each of us die we will be in the presence of the Lord and judged upon the things you've done and if your name is not written in the book of life God says he will turn his face to you and he will not even know you and you will be send to hell for an eternity of pain a suffering....its forever.

Satan is the arch deceiver, the father of lies. And somehow he's convinced you that he's going to be victorious over God! And that it's possible to count the number of people in Hell.
God could have created a universe where we all simply obeyed Him like robots. But He wanted more of man, created in His own image, than that. He wanted man to respond to Him of his own free will. He will never coerce us into coming to Him and accepting Jesus's redeeming sacrifice. But He is there, and willing to receive all who come to Him. It is down to us.
