Parts of it - very small parts - are true, but most of it is just mythology and fairy tales designed to show people how to live a good life (crucify people, do it with your mother, that type of thing). Even the true parts were written many years after the events happened and have lost a lot through a myriad of translations over the centuries. As a result, probably less than 5% is actually what really happened.

Theologists have evidence that support the Bible as a credible "history book". This being so, it has been widely ruled out by theologists (Atheist and Christian alike) that the Bible is mythology. In fact, only an uneducated person would say that the Bible is purely mythical. It has already been proved otherwise. (the Bible is in the history books, for crying out loud).

The Bible is real, but a lot of the stories in it are not.

I believe that the Bible is real and it is very true. I believe that it is God's word to us on how we should live and how we should conduct our lives here on earth. I believe that the answers to everyday life and the trials that we face can be found in the Bible. All you have to do is to ask, seek and find them. I thank God that he has given us the road map to living life here on earth and that I have been given the gift of salvation through his son and one day I will get to see him face to face in heaven.

I do. In the Bible there are thousands of prophesies until our time, the perilous time, and those were wrltten hundreds to thousands years before and yet every one of them were fulfilled even to minor details.THERE ARE STILL HUNDREDS OF prophesies to be fulfilled in the future. The probability of one prophesy of being fulfilled is zero out of endless trillions. Only Bible has fulfilled 100%.

Not me, and I don't believe any reasonable person would. I would sincerely appreciate people being able to worship without attempting to repress the beliefs of others, it just seems that Christians who do believe your statement aren't able to do that.
