I had to stop eating wheat, eggs, any form of corn, citrus, and dairy for a while so the doctors could figure out what I was allergic to (we added the foods back in one by one) but anyways in the first week with none of those things I lost 10 pounds in 5 days.

I dont recommend taking out all of that at once because one I was STARVING lol and the other its really not healthy so I'd say pick one or two and cut back on them.

Also NO SODA not even diet. Actually I think diet is worse because it always makes me crave more lol.

Anything that promotes the buildup of toxins in the body. This includes monosodium glutamate (MSG) which is also listed a lot of the time as "natural flavor," food coloring like what you see on ingredient labels like Red 40, Lake 5, and all that stuff. Most food coloring is derived from black tar and extremely unhealthy. Basically, you shouldn't have to feel like your compromising the foods you like, just purge the toxins from your body with a good cleanse program and don't stuff your body with them later. Cutting out MSG and food coloring is a great start, but message me if you want any other info. Good luck, and you can do it!!

Dear Walt
Fat/Oil and Sugar.
Fastfoods and processed foods are full of them.
Home cooked foods from fresh produce have the least.
You can still make healthy fast & easy food though .
Boiled egg & toast(brown/wholemeal bread)
Pitta bread with chicken pieces & salad filling.
Don't eat after 6pm in the evening( no TV snacks or only carrot sticks if you have to!)
You fine anyway, take care , M

Don't stop eating, just make meals very small and eat often. But do limit starches and sweets, these are empty calories that add up to unwanted pounds. But always remember to keep moving, it's a sure way to burn extra calories.

All fast food and soda. Just doing that and adding some extra walking during the day I lost 15 pounds.

Avoid all foods made with added sugar of any kind, and any food made with refined (white) flour. This alone should help you lose weight. Good luck!

If you are not sure, don't eat it!
