Encyclopedia of Natural Medicine has some good info on eating a healthy diet. You should also look at Dr Mike Loes book THE ASPIRIN ALTERNATIVE which may help you get off prednisone. Prescription For Natural Cures also has some interesting suggestions for Lupus patients, as does the book The Miracle of MSM by Dr Jacob and Dr Lawrence. A little study of these excellent books will not be a waste of your time.
