It is not going to be on cable everywhere. If you live in a state near Utah and you get the BYU channel you can watch it their. It is also on the web (BYU CHANNEL ON DEMAND) so you can still watch all of the conference on the web.
BYU TV website: http://www.byu.tv/

I have been watching it via the web and it has been worth it.

Also, in a few months, I think in the September issue of the Ensign you can get all the talks in print. Go down to a local Deseret Book or Seagull Bookstore see if you can get it there. It's great to hear it, but sometimes you catch different things in reading. It's well worth the time.
I hope you enjoy it once you get a hold if it though. It was absolutely amazing this year. They spoke a lot of Christ, and I don't know about you guys, but I am so ready for this week. I feel renewed :-)

It is now over. It was on cable through BYU TV. On the internet it can always be listened to at www.lds.org, where transcripts are also available by the following day or so.
