ok my friend has had a bump that started as a zit on her back then turned red then black and now its a hole that goes in at least 4 cm and is 2 cm across this is after 2 months
what is it

It is nasty!!! She should see a doctor. It could have been a spider bite or something. She needs treatment.

If the skin surrounding the hole is completely healed, there isn't much that can be done for it. There won't be any treatment, and the hole will likely be there for the rest of her life. Occasionally, what appears to be a pimple is actually a black head that has become infected. Left untreated, the skin around the blackhead may heal, the 'plug of dirt' falls out, and a hole is left. This is VERY COMMON. It will fill with dirt and dead skin flakes and need to be cleaned out occasionally. If the SKIN around the hole is black, that is a sign of necrosis (death of the skin) and your friend should go to your local emergency department.

Your friend should see a doctor immediately; it sounds to me as though she has been bitten by a spider. The black tissue is probably necrotic (dead) and should be removed, and a proper course of treatment initiated to prevent further loss of healthy tissue.

Really sounds like it may have been a brown recluse bite is the area getting larger like a bull's eye effect? definitely get her to a Dr. A.S.A.P. this could be extremly serious Good Luck
