0%. If they are born in America, they are American, not Mexican. What is the chance they are of hispanic descent? About 12.5% since that is the last Census data of number of Hispanic US citizens.

If he is born American, that means he was born in America. And unless YOU are an Arapaho, a Sioux, a Mohegan, etc., then YOU are American only by virtue of where you happened to be born, not by virtue of your true ethnic heritage.
