Maybe I'm brushing too hard, but the bristles on most of the toothbrushes I've used have all become bent within a matter of 1-3 weeks. Are there better brushes out there, or should I just brush softer?

Well you should change your toothbrush like every three months. I used to work at a dental office and we would tell everyone to buy soft toothbrushes. Theres no need to scrub your teeth that hard. All your trying to do is get plaque. And its very soft and easy to get off. Leave the scrubbing to your dentist. Good Luck!

Most dentists say you can get 2-3 months out of a tooth brush.
Get one of the newer brushes. I think Crest makes one for about 9.00 that works as well as one of the really expensive battery operated ones.

try brushing softer, or you could get a toothbrush whose bristles arent as soft so it is harder to bend while brushing.

You should usually replace your toothbrush at least once a month. Maybe you should every 3 weeks.

Why don't you try a powered spin brush they do a
very good job on your teeth and you don't have to
work on it so much like you would a ordinary tooth
brush. I'm so glad I use one. They are very affordable.
Give it a try, I'm sure you'll like it.

Talk to your dentist and tell him what is happening, he or she should be able to recommend a good tooth brush for you.
