worries are reasonable part of life. but your mind can only take certain ammount of worries. It it's pushed too much, it can lead to mental breakdown, - insomnia, anxiety, depression... so try to relax and don't worry way too much, your doctor is right, it's not healthy. Be there to help, but try to cope, and don't fall for the worries.

That's particularly unlucky whilst you are now not even 14 years ancient and you are ill that by and large.... that is particularly a rough factor to manage. It sounds adore it's both a particularly dangerous accident that you have gotten ill that a lot... or your immune method is plenty weaker than it will have to be (that's much more likely). Since you are underneath 18, such a lot dietary supplements should not have encouraged doses for minors, in any other case I would endorse a number of herbs which are very well for immune method boosting. I would endorse a well kid's multivitamin, as they are going to have well doses of the fundamental nutrients which are well antioxidants (which is able to support the immune method somewhat)... probably simply extra Chicken Soup and Orange Juice on your vitamin bloodless support. A healthcare professional would be the first-rate one to invite what the first-rate dose for any herbs or drugs to spice up your immune method probably. Good success!

I guess it would be because of stress hormones. When you're stressed, your body cuts down on essential functions like digestion and repair during sleep (and sleep, too.) It focuses on "fight or flight"--it prepares you to freak out and run or protect yourself by fighting or arguing or war or whatever "fight" you have to go through. But people can get that stress response over non-threatening things, like, say, your sports team lost, or you hate your neighbor's yard. Zebras don't get ulcers (a stress-related illness) because they only stress when there's actual danger, like a lion about to eat them. They don't stress about how their car is low on gas and they're late for work. Just real stuff. And then, when the danger is past, their stress is gone, too.

So your immune system goes downhill, and you become susceptible to whatever made your family member sick. Stupid, right? But that's how humans work. We just have to focus on not stressing ourselves out, about doing things to reduce the stress we do have and make us feel energized and healthy. Exercise, meditation, a good diet--all these things can reduce the effects of stress on our bodies. If we can think ourselves stressed, we can think ourselves unstressed. It's hard, but it's possible.

He just basically means if you continue to worry over something then it will make you ill. Such as losing your appetite, butterflies in your belly etc.
